Products are packed securely in corrugated boxes with foam and bubble wrap. Food items are always shipped in additional outer boxes where required.

We aim to supply products with a minimum 3 months' shelf life. Expiry dates are mentioned for popular products.

• Lower-than-expected shelf life → replacement or refund
• Expired product received → full refund or replacement
• Bulk purchases: returns only if product remains unopened

No. Furry Delightts does not sell live animals. We deal exclusively in pet supplies, food, treats, and accessories.
