1General Conditions for Returns
Returns are strictly subject to product eligibility as mentioned on the product page. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused, unopened, and in original condition
- With original packaging, tags, and invoice / proof of purchase
The Company reserves the sole right to approve or reject any return request after inspection.
2Non-Returnable Products
The following categories are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless received damaged, defective, or incorrect:
3Cancellation Policy
a. By the Company Company-initiated
The Company may cancel any order due to stock unavailability, delivery constraints, suspected fraud, or pricing errors. A full refund with no deductions will be processed within 5β7 business days.
b. By the Customer β Before Dispatch Pre-dispatch
Contact support@furrydelightts.com before dispatch. Refunds processed after deducting payment gateway/transaction charges (up to 2β3%).
c. By the Customer β After Dispatch Post-dispatch
Treated as Return to Origin (RTO). Refunds (if approved) after deducting payment gateway charges, forward + return shipping, and any additional logistics costs for heavy items above 10 kg. Orders with incorrect address leading to failed delivery also attract deductions.
4Return / Replacement Scenarios
a. Damaged / Wrong / Lost Products
Must be reported within 48 hours to 7 days of delivery with supporting proof (images/videos). The Company will arrange replacement or refund at its discretion. Reverse pickup is subject to serviceability; if unavailable, customer must self-ship.
b. Customer Remorse (Change of Mind)
Returns allowed only if unopened and unused, requested within 7 days of delivery. Approved returns subject to reverse shipping, gateway charges, and restocking fees.
c. Expired / Low Shelf-Life Products
Must be reported with proof (batch & expiry image) within 48 hours of delivery. The Company may replace or issue a refund at its discretion.

6Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5β7 working days. The Company may reject refunds if conditions are not met, and refund timelines may vary by bank/provider.
7Shipping Charges on Returns
- Forward and reverse shipping costs may be deducted from refunds
- Free shipping (if offered) may still result in deductions during returns
- Heavy or bulk items may incur additional logistics deductions
8Teleconsultation (If Applicable)
- Appointments can be cancelled at least 1 hour prior for a full refund
- No refund for missed appointments or late cancellations
- If cancelled by the Company or consultant, you may reschedule or request a refund
9Important Disclaimers
- The Company's decision on returns and refunds is final and binding
- Repeated or suspicious return requests may lead to account restrictions
- The Company is not liable for delays caused by logistics partners or incorrect information provided by the customer
- Abuse of the return policy may result in denial of future requests
